Employer-provided Tuition Reimbursement

Many companies now offer employer-provided assistance for higher education. If it is offered as a benefit, the human resources office could provide the details. This benefit may be administered differently depending on the organization. Variations include employers pre-approving coursework to verify it is work-related. Other employers do not need to approve coursework, but will only reimburse tuition after earning a specific minimum grade.
