Housing Deposits and Prepayments
Each campus requires a housing deposit or prepayment to reserve the student's space. Generally, deposits serve the purpose of a security deposit, and prepayments are applied toward a housing payment.
You may apply for housing at more than one campus while you’re making your final decision about where to attend college. However, each campus will refund the deposit or prepayment depending on its policy.
The following table indicates:
- The amount of deposit or prepayment required with each housing contract.
- The date by which you must cancel your contract if you wish to receive a deposit or prepayment refund.

* Requests for a refund of the housing deposit must be made in writing by you, the student. Deposits may be completely or partially refunded, depending on campus policy.
