Housing Deposits and Prepayments
Each campus requires a housing deposit or prepayment to reserve the student's space. Generally, deposits serve the purpose of a security deposit, and prepayments are applied toward a housing payment.
The student may apply for housing at more than one campus while making a final decision about where to attend college. However, each campus will refund the deposit or prepayment depending on its policy.
The following table indicates:
- The amount of deposit or prepayment required with each housing contract.
- The date by which the student must cancel his/her contract to receive a refund of the deposit or prepayment.

* Requests for a refund of the housing deposit must be made in writing by you, the student. Deposits may be completely or partially refunded, depending on campus policy.
